Scope

Paper submission/proceedings

Papers submitted to MSC must be original, not previously published or accepted for publication elsewhere. Submitted papers must not be submitted to any other event or publication during the entire review process. Contributed papers, as well as invited and tutorial session proposals must be submitted electronically via the IEEE CSS conference management system. Full papers should be submitted in standard IEEE A4 paper.The regular length for manuscripts is limited to 6 pages. Papers up to 8 pages long may be submitted upon payment of over-length page charges.
